It was another bumper round of Youth Girls football in the South Metro Junior Football League (SMJFL).

Here is our weekend wrap:


Prahran heaped more misery on Beaumaris with a 74-point away win as seven individual goal-kickers combined for a team win. Brighton Beach handed St Peters their first loss of the season with a 36-point win at home, keeping the visitors goalless until the final quarter. While in the final match, Bentleigh continue to search for their first win of the season, going down to St Bedes Mentone by 55-points. Laura Amelung and Jemma Owen kicked three goals each in the win.
