Max Mitchell-Russell tried hard all day and was rewarded with three goals of the Bloods’ total seven, while a heavy loss there are positives for South Melbourne Districts to take out of the Round 2 game.
Beaumaris JFC v East Malvern JFC
Lastly, we look at Beaumaris’ win against East Malvern. The Sharks were triumphant against the Knights by 79 points.
Beauy had control of the game all day, and a five goal third term saw them out of reach by the final break.
This weeks results see the ladder poised very delicately at this early point of the season. We cannot wait to see what happens for the rest of the season.
