The South Metro Junior Football League is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhian Llewellyn as the new Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
Rhian joins SMJFL with experience from the tennis industry and graduated with a Master of Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Human Resource Management) from Deakin University 2019 and 2024.
Her previous job was being part of the marketing team for Kooyong International Tennis Academy (KITA) which involved using her academic studies as well as marketing skills to create engaging marketing content on their social media platforms. During this role Rhian was able to increase brand awareness to attract top talent individuals to join the academy.
Rhian is a very accomplished tennis player, representing Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club. She is passionate for all sports including AFL. She understands junior and community sport with knowledge from KITA, as well as representing Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club in Tennis Victoria Winter Pennant. Overall, Rhian is an approachable person who is motivated to help others, creative, team-oriented and passionate about marketing!
Rhian said she is “excited to join the SMJFL team and contribute to their success”. She has found everyone at SMJFL is very welcoming and supportive. Rhian is delighted with the opportunity to work closely with SMJFL partners, build stronger relationships with SMJFL members and create engaging content.
