“David will be a valuable asset to the SMJFL as the Head Umpires coach for season 2015. His experiences within the umpiring field are outstanding and I am confident he will develop all our umpires to give them the best opportunity possible to officiate at the highest level, so when the time is right they can move and progress onto the senior competitions.”
