- 5% growth in junior team numbers to 11 teams in total
- Five modified rules teams in 2017 with an expectation of two more in 2018
- The introduction of girls teams in 2018
- 150+ participants at Auskick level
- On The Field
- Under 12 (Division 2) team successful in making the semi-finals
- Luke Lloyd (Under 12 Division 2) successful in taking out the SMJFL League Best & Fairest
- Lloyd and Luke Healy club representatives in SMJFL Intraleague
- Matt O’Brien (Under 14) captaining the Under 14 (Pool A) SMJFL Interleague team
- Finn Sullivan (Under 14) named best afield in Under 14 (Pool B) SMJFL Interleague premiership triumph
