Sunday 31st May 2026 This week, the SMJFL along with the wider community, was saddened to hear of the loss of Neale Daniher. Throughout his life, Neale made a monumental contribution to the game of Australian Football, and also to the raising of awareness and funds for research to cure motor neurone disease. At many of our matches this week, teams paid tribute to Neale through moments of silence, blue armbands, hair ribbons, socks and fundraising for MND. MATCH OF THE ROUND
